Synopsis
Dr. Charles advocates for non-surgical treatment options, clashing with Dr. Choi's preference for surgery. Dr. Rhodes faces consequences after defying Goodwin's orders, while April grows frustrated with Maggie's repeated challenges to her authority as acting charge nurse. Meanwhile, Dr. Manning begins to suspect that Dr. Halstead is withholding information.
