Choco Milk Shake

Two mysterious and attractive men unexpectedly appear, claiming to be Jungwoo's childhood pets—Choco the dog and Milk the cat. Jungwoo is left questioning whether he can trust them as their sudden arrival stirs up old memories and emotions.

Jungwoo becomes increasingly troubled as Milk and Choco follow him everywhere, eventually showing up at his workplace. He begins to question why they have returned to his life in human form.

Jungwoo begins to adjust to life with Choco and Milk, but troubling memories resurface. His uncle is pleased with Jungwoo's improved demeanor and the success of the cafe, while Choco and Milk appear to be keeping secrets.

Choco and Milk take on responsibilities to help Jungwoo recover from an illness, including doing chores, working a part-time job, and preparing meals. Choco focuses on cooking while Milk works at a café with Jungwoo’s uncle. Their efforts are tested as the day progresses.

Jungwoo goes on a blind date after a long time out, while Choco secretly follows him. Their conversation lasts for some time before Jungwoo, concerned about Choco and Milk, heads home, where an unexpected event occurs.

Milk spends the day staring at Choco, who is clearly smitten with Jungwoo, despite being ignored by him. Noticing the tense and awkward atmosphere, Jungwoo's uncle attempts to ease the situation using the cafe's inventory survey as a cover.

Choco waits for Jungwoo on a swing before going home with him after his return. Meanwhile, Milk visits Jungwoo's uncle's restaurant and asks him to buy a drink after work, leaving Choco behind. The episode explores how each character spends their evening.

Milk is concerned he may have made a mistake with his boss while drunk the previous night, and Choco is anxious about leaving Jungwoo. Jungwoo reconnects with his ex-boyfriend during a date by the Han River, reflecting on their past relationship.

Milk begins to feel an unfamiliar emotion upon witnessing the boss and another individual growing closer, prompting the boss to pay him more attention. After a minor incident, Jungwoo, Choco, and Milk sit together to discuss the secrets they've kept and the emotional aftermath of their return, including a recent separation.

As the day of departure arrives, Milk prepares to leave, while Choco makes the decision to stay. Jungwoo and Choco share what may be their final conversation.

Jungwoo resumes his everyday life after some time has passed, making an effort to adjust and take care of himself without the presence of Choco and Milk.
