Synopsis
A faction of the Japan Liberation Front seizes control of a hotel, taking hostages that include several members of the Ashford Student Council and a disguised Princess Euphemia. Lelouch uses this situation to his advantage, coordinating a rescue with Ohgi's resistance group while negotiating with the hostage-takers. Meanwhile, Suzaku destroys the floating hotel using the Lancelot, and Lelouch ensures the resistance receives credit for the rescue before publicly declaring the formation of the Order of the Black Knights, a group dedicated to justice and the protection of the weak.
