Synopsis
Lelouch discovers the true nature of Rolo's Geass and negotiates his survival by offering to give up C.C. Meanwhile, Li Xingke kills Eunuch Gao Hai to seize control of the consulate. As a deadline looms, Zero confronts Guilford in a duel, using a tactical ploy to collapse part of the settlement and create chaos, allowing the Black Knights to rescue prisoners. Rolo later arrives to kill Lelouch for betraying him, but Lelouch takes a bullet meant for him, using the moment to appeal to Rolo's doubts about his future and family ties.
