Synopsis
A 2004 murder of a teenage boy at a juvenile detention center is revisited, as it is revealed he was incorrectly placed there and killed before Valens could secure his release. Meanwhile, Lilly reconnects with Eddie Saccardo, an old friend and narcotics officer.
