Container Wars

Container Wars is an American reality television series that premiered in 2013 on TruTV. The show features auctioneer John Kunkle and a group of buyers, including Jason R. Hughes, an Israeli team composed of Shlomi, Eyal, and Uzi, the team of Ty and Mo, Deane Molle', and Matthew Gaus. Unlike other auction shows, *Container Wars* raises the stakes with large sums of money and intense competition. Set at commercial shipping ports, the series follows a group of experts from diverse backgrounds as they spend tens of thousands of dollars to bid on the contents of high-value shipping containers from around the world. With limited time to evaluate each container and decide whether to place a bid, the participants face high-pressure decisions that result in either significant wins or empty-handed returns.
