Corrector Yui

Yui is an ordinary schoolgirl living in a future where all computers are connected through a single global network called COMNET. She is largely computer-illiterate, but after an incident in a computer lab, she is approached by IR, a raccoon-like corrector computer program. IR informs her that she must save COMNET from Grosser, a rogue artificial intelligence originally designed to manage the network. Initially reluctant to take on the role of a hero due to her lack of computer knowledge and skills, Yui must find and earn the trust of seven other wayward corrector programs. Together, they must locate COMNET's creator, Professor Inukai, in order to stop Grosser permanently.
