Synopsis
Finley and Dunn attempt to entice kidnappers out of hiding using a CIA file as bait, leading Finley into a confrontation with a vengeful abductor. Beth Ann worries about Kyle's safety as he plans his escape, while Meg betrays a close ally for crucial information. Meanwhile, Widener partners with a mysterious informant to track Gibson's activities.
