Synopsis

A junkie's body is discovered in Miami with a broken neck and cash in his possession, and an unusual burn on his hand is later found to be caused by radioactive exposure. The investigation connects the victim to an environmental lawyer specializing in radiation cases, who soon discovers she has been poisoned with the same substance and must find out who is responsible before it's too late.
