Synopsis
A man found dead on a Miami beach with a slit throat and burned face is linked to an unconscious young girl who was attacked and dumped in the ocean, prompting Horatio to investigate a wealthy Florida family and its enigmatic leader, whose past is tied to a long-standing mystery from Horatio's history.
