Synopsis
A cigar maker is discovered brutally murdered in his store, with a chaveta, a cigar-making tool, used as the weapon. Horatio investigates and connects the case to an organization aiding Cuban refugees. Meanwhile, a young man is fatally shot at an ATM, though the money he had just withdrawn is left untouched, suggesting a different motive.
