Synopsis
A couple attempts to flee a hurricane when they accidentally strike and kill a man in the storm's chaos; Horatio suspects the victim was hit by the car rather than the other way around. Meanwhile, another storm victim is found impaled on a fence, and as evidence emerges, a possible link between the cases begins to surface. Separately, Calleigh investigates after witnessing a man looting a house and later discovers his ex-wife dead inside.
