Czterdziestolatek
Czterdziestolatek, also known as 40-latek, was a Polish television comedy series that aired from 1974 to 1977. The show's initial success led to its continuation and inspired a feature film titled *I'm a Butterfly, a 40-year-old Love Affair* as well as a New Year's Eve television special in 1975. Written by Jerzy Gruza and Krzysztof Teodor Toeplitz, the series was broadcast on Telewizja Polska and comprised a total of 21 episodes. It centered on a Warsaw-based family and examined themes associated with midlife crises, including extramarital relationships, attempts to quit smoking, concerns over hair loss, efforts to stay physically fit, pride in professional accomplishments, and the pursuit of personal fulfillment through social engagement.
