Synopsis
Amity Park is suffering from a severe drought when Mayor Vlad attempts to take control of the situation by releasing the weather-controlling ghost Vortex in an effort to bring rain. However, when Vlad betrays Vortex, the ghost retaliates by summoning a dangerous storm that threatens the town. Danny Phantom steps in to help but is struck by lightning, causing his emotions to now directly influence the weather.
