Synopsis
Comet Guy, a struggling superhero from another planet, seeks training to improve his abilities. Meanwhile, Steelbeak leads a scheme to steal large quantities of rubber in order to build a dangerous F.O.W.L. weapon known as the F.O.W.L. ball.
