Synopsis
Morgana uses enchanted sleep sand to cause citizens of St. Canard to sleepwalk and commit crimes, prompting Darkwing Duck to intervene. His efforts lead him into Dreamland, where Nodoff—both the ruler of the realm and the source of Morgana's sleep sand—seeks to put the entire city to sleep. Nodoff ensures no one, not even Darkwing, can stop his plan.
