Synopsis
A news reporter, frustrated by what she perceives as unexciting stories involving Darkwing Duck, turns to a scheme to boost her ratings by becoming a villain herself. She is joined in this endeavor by Goyslyn, her young fan and assistant, as they challenge Darkwing in an unexpected way.
