Days We Stared at the Sun
Chen Hao Yuan is an honor student known for his calm and composed personality. His best friend, Hong Cheng Yi, is a delinquent who previously served time in juvenile detention for bank robbery. Together, they helped a classmate overcome drug addiction, uncovered a teacher's hidden secrets, and attempted to discover why bees were disappearing in the lead-up to the 2012 apocalypse. Their relaxed outlook on life shifted to anger when they learned that a corrupt politician was responsible for the misfortunes of both their families. Determined to take action, the boys obtained a gun and decided to make a dramatic statement the day before their high school graduation.
