Death Parade

Takashi and Machiko, a young couple, find themselves in the mysterious bar Quindecim with no memory of how they arrived. The bartender informs them they must play a deadly game before they can leave, with their lives on the line.

A woman with black hair wakes up in an unknown location with no memory of who she is. She is brought to Quindecim by a girl named Nona and told she will work as an assistant, learning about the bar's unique role and purpose.

A college student named Shigeru Miura awakens in the mysterious city of Quindecim, where he meets a woman at a bar who is unable to remember her own name. She asks him to play a game, believing it may help restore her lost memories.

TV personality Misaki Tachibana believes she is participating in a hidden-camera reality show called Quindecim and recruits Yousuke Tateishi to help make the program more entertaining. Meanwhile, Decim implements harsh conditions for the contestants.

Two newcomers, a young boy and an older man, arrive at Quindecim, but Decim notices something unusual. Before he can begin the game, the older man claims he has seen Decim and the bar before.

Mayu, a high school girl, enters a traditional Japanese bar where she is approached by Ginti, who challenges her to a game against a mysterious man. She is surprised to recognize the man as Harada, a member of the popular boy band C.H.A, and enthusiastically agrees to play.

A woman with black hair discovers a picture book and inquires about it with Decim, who suggests it may have belonged to Quin, the former bartender of Quindecim. Decim also explains his motivation for spending extensive time assembling mannequins.

Decim questions whether an error has occurred when the memories he receives belong to a murderer, just before two unexpected guests—a detective and a young man caring for his sister—arrive. Despite his concerns, Nona encourages him to proceed.

Shimada is taken aback when Detective Tatsumi shows unexpected understanding of his quest for vengeance against his sister's assailant, while the black-haired woman questions the extreme measures Decim is prepared to take.

Decim questions the fairness of their judgment process and is given a new case by Nona that may shed light on the identity of the black-haired woman. He decides to evaluate the individual without relying on memory, challenging their usual method.

Mayu is offered an opportunity to save Harada's soul from oblivion, but it comes at a cost. As she awaits Chiyuki's fate, she returns to her passion for ice skating, hoping to recover lost memories that may help her cope with her grief.

Oculus questions Nona about her involvement with Decim's condition, while Chiyuki wakes up in the living world, where Decim gives her the opportunity to regain her lost life.
