Difficult teens
Former football player Anton Kovalev is released from prison after serving a two-year sentence for a drunken brawl in a cafe. The incident ended his successful career, as he had previously been the captain of the Russian national team. Kovalev's tarnished reputation prevents him from returning to football or securing a prestigious job. Herman, the head of a center for difficult teenagers and a former mentor of Anton, offers him a position at the center, which prepares at-risk youth for the local Olympics. Desperate for a new direction, Kovalev accepts the job, unaware of the challenges he will face in connecting with the boys or the significant impact they will have on his life.
