Dino-Riders
Dino-Riders is a cartoon television series that first aired in 1988. It was primarily created as a promotional campaign to launch a new Tyco toy line. A total of fourteen episodes were produced, three of which were released on VHS in the United States. The series aired in the U.S. as part of the Marvel Action Universe. The show centers on the conflict between the good Valorians and the evil Rulons in prehistoric Earth. The Valorians are a superhuman race, while the Rulons consist of various humanoid creatures. Both groups originate from the future but are transported back in time to the age of dinosaurs. Upon arriving on Earth, the Valorians form alliances with dinosaurs, while the Rulons attempt to brainwash them.
