Dirty Pair

Kei and Yuri are the two members of Trouble Consultant team 234, code-named "Lovely Angels." Nearly every mission they undertake results in disaster, though not necessarily failure: they usually succeed in capturing their target fugitive, but often do so by destroying a city in the process, which has earned them the nickname "Dirty Pair," a title they strongly dislike. They are consistently cleared of wrongdoing by the 3WA's Central Computer, as the extreme collateral damage is never officially attributed to them, despite their presence often exacerbating the situations they are hired to resolve. In some but not all versions of the story, they possess joint extrasensory perception abilities, typically limited to precognition. This talent was the reason for their initial recruitment.
