Dit was het nieuws is a Dutch television program on RTL4 in which two teams provide a satirical summary of the previous week's news. The show is structured as a game show, with each team consisting of a team leader and a weekly guest who compete against each other. The scoring is intentionally non-serious; for example, after the first round, the score is always 4-4.
