Synopsis
Vic is persuaded by Colette and Gregg to foster a dog and improve his behavior in order to meet the strict criteria of dog rescuer Howie. At the same time, Ceci attempts to thank Barb by improving Noa's processing time, primarily by reducing his attractiveness.
