Double Decker! Doug & Kirill
Lisvalletta is a city-state under the light of two suns, where its citizens generally live peaceful lives. However, beneath this tranquility, crime and the illegal drug trade thrive. A particularly dangerous substance known as "Anthem" has cast a dark influence over the city. In response, the SEVEN-O Special Crime Investigation Unit has been established to combat the spread of Anthem. The unit employs a two-man "buddy" system known as the "Double Decker System" to address the issue. Doug Billingham is an experienced investigator, and his partner is Kirill Vrubel, whose skills remain enigmatic and largely unknown.
