Synopsis
The Budokai begins with Tenshinhan facing off against his former mentor, who has been transformed into a cyborg named Tao Pai Pai. The confrontation becomes intense as Tao Pai Pai, once an assassin, seeks to permanently defeat Tenshinhan.
