Synopsis
After the final battle with Baby, all of humanity is returned to Earth with a final wish. As things begin to return to normal, the World Martial Arts Tournament is held once again. However, this contest becomes a test for everyone involved, as Goku and Pan find themselves competing in the wrong divisions, a scheme to alter the competition's structure is uncovered, and an old ally returns to face Goku one last time.
