Dragon Century
Dragon Century is a Japanese two-episode OVA anime series created by Ryuukihei and produced and animated by Anime International Company. Set in Hokkaido in 1990, the story follows a series of murders and the sudden appearance of dragons in the sky. The Japanese Self-Defense Forces begin shooting the dragons, blaming them for the killings. A troubled young girl named Riko is entrusted with the care of a dragon hatchling, initially intending to raise it for destruction, but she soon discovers there is more to the dragons than she originally believed. The series was originally released on laserdisc in Japan in 1988 and later subtitled in English by U.S. Renditions, with a VHS release in the United States and Canada in 1996. No official anime was produced beyond the OVA, and only two episodes were released in total. The opening and ending themes were performed by J-pop singer Midori Karashima.

Every stage matters — pitch decks and treatments from development, location scouts and table-reads from pre-production, set photos and crew anecdotes from production, edit-bay notes from post, and press kits, festival memories, or marketing ephemera from distribution. Any moment that didn't make the press tour, any document or photograph that's been sitting in a box — please share it so it's not lost to time.
We particularly welcome contributions from writers, producers, cast, crew, festival programmers, distributors, marketing teams, their families, and anyone who was there at any stage.
