Rebecca Bluegarden arrives in the sparsely populated Granbell Kingdom, where she encounters Shiki, the only human resident, who expresses a desire to befriend her.

Rebecca suggests that Shiki obtain an adventure license as they travel to Blue Garden and requests that he serve as a bodyguard for her and Happy.

Shiki becomes frustrated when popular B-Cuber Labilia mocks Rebecca's less-successful B-Cube channel. Later, he receives his official adventure license, marking a new stage in his journey.

Happy and Rebecca travel to the planet Norma, which exists 50 years in the past, where they encounter a young version of Professor Weisz, who had previously saved Happy's life.

Shiki and his allies infiltrate Sibir's lair in an attempt to rescue Pino, but their mission becomes complicated when Weisz seizes the opportunity to pursue Pino for his own purposes.

Shiki and the team attempt to launch Aqua Wing from Norma, but their efforts are complicated when Weisz unexpectedly offers assistance, provided they agree to his conditions.

Shiki boards the pirate ship *Skull Fairy* and heads to the bridge to challenge Elsie Crimson for control of the vessel.

Shiki is told by a witch that he has become the new master of the Edens Zero, though the ship's full power has not yet been restored.

Shiki and the crew hurry to save Rebecca, while Weisz makes his way back to Edens Zero with a mysterious woman named Homura.

The crew travels to the virtual world of Digitalis in search of Hermit, only to discover that she is unwilling to leave and return with them to Edens Zero.

Homura announces her allegiance to Drakken Joe, surprising Shiki and the crew when another version of Homura appears unexpectedly.

Spider infiltrates Edens Zero's system, causing internal damage to the ship. Hermit is the only one capable of stopping him.

Shiki and the crew travel to the Planet of Time, Mildian, in search of the fourth member of the Demon King's Four Shining Stars.

Xiaomei offers to provide information to Shiki and the team at Battle Coliseum, but only if they successfully defeat their opponents first.

Edens Zero heads to the planet Sun Jewel to help Homura reunite with her mentor after gathering the necessary information from Xiaomei.

Shiki and Homura are captured and taken to a labor camp, where they are compelled to mine precious metals under the authority of a leader known as Madame Kurenai.

Nino takes Rebecca, Pino, and Happy to the labor zone, where they encounter Paul, a man who claims to be a disciple of Valkyrie.

Shiki and his team attempt to infiltrate Belial Gore, believing their mission to be going smoothly, but their movements have been monitored by Drakken Joe, who deploys his elite unit, Element 4, to counter them.

Weisz battles the Element 4 Spirit of Water, Laguna, while wearing an Arsenal suit aboard the Belial Gore, but struggles to overcome Laguna's powerful water-based abilities.

Rebecca and Happy travel to Belial Gore to deliver medicine to the injured Weisz but are captured by the Sylph of the Wind. Shiki, Homura, and Pino arrive at the loading docks after receiving Rebecca's transmission, only to find the Element 4 Sylph and an unexpected companion instead.

Rebecca uses her Ether Gear to travel back in time to before the Belial Gore incident and shares crucial information with Shiki. Upon arriving at Drakken's hideout, Shiki and the others encounter Master Noah, who delivers a message specifically for Rebecca.

Hermit transforms into her Battle Dress to confront Element 4 sniper Fie, while Sister, Homura, and Witch take on the elemental warriors Daichi, Sylph, and Laguna respectively. At the same time, Shiki and his group advance toward Drakken's hideout.

Shiki and his team uncover a hidden clue related to Drakken Joe, prompting a discussion on their next move. Just as they begin to strategize, they notice something unusual about Labilia, and Drakken Joe soon arrives, detecting an Ether reaction. A direct confrontation between Shiki and Drakken Joe ensues.

Shiki faces off against Drakken in an intense confrontation, but the battle takes an unexpected turn when Drakken engages his Overdrive mode to gain the upper hand. Just as the situation escalates, Arsenal makes a sudden appearance.

Shiki defeats Drakken Joe using Overdrive, but Weisz remains enraged and aims his gun at the barely conscious Drakken Joe.

Edens Zero travels to Granbell at Shiki's request, leading to an unexpected reunion before the crew continues their journey through the cosmos in search of Mother, the Goddess of the Cosmos.

Edens Zero is attacked by Edens One, but the crew is rescued just in time by space pirate Elsie Crimson. Following the battle, Elsie boards Edens Zero and has a conversation with Shiki regarding a request Ziggy had made of her in the past.

Shiki and the Edens Zero crew travel through Dragonfall and arrive at Aoi Cosmos, a realm governed by Poseidon Nero of the Oración Seis Galáctica, landing on the planet Red Cave as suggested by Witch. Despite its name, the planet is covered in water and rich in Water Ether, offering a stark contrast to its expected fiery environment. While enjoying a short vacation by the ocean, the crew discovers a town submerged beneath the water.

Inside a temple decorated with reliefs of Mother, Shiki and the group encounter Nadia, the guardian. Nadia informs them that clues to finding Mother are located at the temple's far end, but as they explore deeper, they come across a searing hot cave.

Shiki and his companions, aided by Laguna, receive a clue about the whereabouts of Mother and depart from Red Cave toward the Verdant Planet Foresta. At the same time, Elsie's pirate crew aboard the Skull Fairy is chased through the Aoi Cosmos by the Interstellar Union Army of the Cosmic Government's Justice faction.

Jin, Kleene, and Laguna work to defend their new allies from a robot attack on the ship, while Shiki and the others on the planet face off against Poseidon Nero, who has been tasked with destroying all robots.

Shiki encounters Orc, a member of Poseidon Nero's Commando Team "Beast," who reveals that the team is carrying out an order from Nero to purify the planet, which was previously controlled by Ziggy.

The conflict in Foresta persists as Rebecca explores new tactics with the Cat Leaper. Meanwhile, Hermit encounters a figure from her past, triggering painful memories and emotional turmoil.

Elsie intervenes to assist Shiki during a fierce battle in Foresta as Justice attacks.

The Doomsday System is triggered, putting the entire region of Foresta at risk.

Shiki introduces his companions to Xenolith, whose unsettling remarks create tension among the group. At the same time, Poseidon Nero's faction, known as Oceans 6, begins organizing for their next action.

Shiki and his team undergo VR-based "bondage training" under Xenolith's supervision to improve their ability to maintain Ether levels while restrained. During the session, Ziggy unexpectedly attacks, using gravity to injure Rebecca, which provokes Shiki and leads him to break free from his limitations.

Following Poseidon Shura's announcement of "Judgment Day," Shiki and his companions seek a strategy to resist. Laguna proposes a plan to take Edens Zero to the desert of Planet Sandra.

Shiki and Laguna's former allies mobilize to confront Nero and prevent Orc from detonating explosives across the planet.
