Exclusive Fairytale

The story follows Ling Chao and Xiao Tu, childhood sweethearts who grow up together, experiencing both sorrow and joy throughout their lives. From an early age, Ling Chao is aware that his mother favors daughters. By chance, their neighbor has a daughter, Xiao Tu, who is his age, and the two eventually become god-siblings. As they grow, they develop a relationship marked by competition, with Ling Chao striving for perfection in everything he does. He is the smartest child in kindergarten, possessing a high IQ, yet his achievements are not enough to earn his mother's approval, which continues to elude him. Due to the absence of affection from his father, Ling Chao becomes sensitive, independent, and precocious. Xiao Tu remains his only true friend and the only person in his heart. As he matures, he realizes that he cannot live without her, having unknowingly fallen in love with her, though he never openly acknowledges his feelings.
