Falling Into Your Smile
Tong Yao, a student and aspiring e-sports player, makes two personal vows: to never be in a relationship with someone in the same field and to make up for the shortcomings of the Chinese League of Legends scene. When she earns her place as the first formal female player in China's professional e-sports league, she draws the attention of an elite team captain. As she faces skepticism and obstacles, she meets each challenge with determination and the support of her teammates. After much effort, the story follows whether she will uphold her vows, whether she will reach the world stage to make amends for six years of regret, and whether she will avoid romantic entanglements within the e-sports world. The narrative is adapted from the novel *You're Beautiful When You Smile* by Qing Mei.
