Can Manay is a renowned psychologist known for his expertise in his field. A serial bachelor who frequently engages in relationships but rarely experiences genuine love, he becomes instantly infatuated with Duru after their first encounter. Determined to be close to her, he purchases the house next door. Prior to Can's arrival, Duru had been living contentedly with her musician boyfriend, Deniz. Can's manipulative behavior gradually leads her to doubt their relationship, though she remains unaware of the full scope of his schemes.
