Fragrance of the First Flower
Yi-Ming lives alone with her son while her husband is away working in another town. During a wedding, she reconnects with Ting-Ting, a girl from her high school days with whom she once had a close relationship. The encounter with Ting-Ting helps Yi-Ming break free from the constraints of her suffocating marriage and rekindles her feelings for Ting-Ting. As Taiwan has recently legalized same-sex marriage, the question remains whether Yi-Ming will find the courage to transform her life.
