Synopsis
A man of limited intellect stumbles upon a mysterious, guillotine-like device in a museum warehouse that transfers spinal fluid—and intelligence—between individuals. He begins using it to siphon intelligence from doctors, drawing the attention of Jack and his team when Jack's former fiancée, now employed at the museum, becomes the next potential victim.
