Episode 11— Year of the Monkey

Synopsis
The trio follow a cursed tea set to the samurai Musashi, who demands their help in recovering a set of mystical monkey statues that test the honor of the children of a dying Japanese industrialist, Tanaka. The statues grant magical powers to each child, but the two sons abuse them and fail their tests, leading to their deaths, which rejuvenate Tanaka. The daughter passes her test but refuses to kill her father, choosing suicide instead; Musashi is later killed by Tanaka in a dishonorable act.
