Synopsis
Adam Cole and his partner perform a vaudeville-style mentalism act using secret passwords, but Cole's worsening hearing threatens their success. After discovering a mysterious antique hearing aid in a doctor's office, he gains the ability to read minds, though the overwhelming influx of thoughts can only be relieved by transferring them to a victim, resulting in his own gruesome death. Pursued by the trio, Cole succumbs to the deadly consequences of his power.
