Frisky Dingo
Frisky Dingo is an American animated series created by Adam Reed and Matt Thompson for Adult Swim. The show centers on the rivalry between the supervillain Killface and the superhero Awesome X, whose real name is Xander Crews, a billionaire. Much of the series' humor stems from its satirical take on superhero and action movie tropes. The first season premiered on October 16, 2006, and concluded on January 22, 2007, while the second season began on August 26, 2007, and ended on March 23, 2008. A third season was in development, but without a renewal from Adult Swim, pre-production was halted. The production company, 70/30 Productions, ceased operations in January 2009. A spin-off titled *The Xtacles* debuted on November 9, 2008, but only two episodes were produced before the company shut down.
