Synopsis
Max persuades the Chief to bring Fang out of retirement after several Control agents are killed by their own dogs, which had been brainwashed during a stay at an animal spa. As Fang goes missing, Max disobeys orders to search for him, prompting the Chief to mount a rescue mission.
