They maintain a 100% success rate, delivering results regardless of the job's scale, though they often struggle with financial stability. What sets them apart from ordinary retrieval services is their unique abilities: Ginji can generate lightning, while Ban possesses the Jagan Eye and a 200kg force grip. Whether the task involves recovering stuffed toys, fine art, or even lost memories, the Get Backers take it on without hesitation. If they promise to retrieve something, they ensure it is returned.
