Synopsis
A high-tech multiped tank developed by Kenbishi Heavy Industries has malfunctioned and begun moving uncontrollably. With the Self Defense Force refusing to intervene, Section 9 is tasked with halting the rogue machine and determining the cause of its erratic behavior. Motoko, Batou, and their team must work together to stop the tank before it causes widespread destruction.
