Synopsis
Togusa, recently released from prison, receives documents confirming the disbandment of Section 9, leaving him jobless and despondent. Unable to find any information about his former colleagues, he decides to take matters into his own hands and attempt to kill the person he holds responsible, only to be interrupted by Batou.
