Gibiate

Set in 2030 Japan, the story follows a world ravaged by the "Gibia" virus, which infects humans and transforms them into various monster forms depending on their age, sex, and race. The virus, named for its wide variety of mutations, has turned the world into a blighted wasteland. In this setting, a samurai and a ninja from the early Edo period find themselves transported to the present day. Joining forces with a doctor seeking a cure for Gibia, they embark on a perilous journey through a hostile landscape filled with constant threats from both the Gibia-infected and ruthless outlaws who prey on travelers for food.
