    During a bowling tournament, Gilligan is struck by lightning, causing his stone bowling ball to fuse with him at the molecular level. The Professor attempts to separate the ball from Gilligan, but his efforts instead render Gilligan invisible.

    The Professor tries to build a telegraph to communicate with a passing spacecraft, but when that fails, the group attempts to create an SOS signal with burning logs. Their plan goes awry when Gilligan accidentally disrupts the message, causing it to spell out "SOL," the name of one of the astronauts.

    Gilligan and the Skipper discover an ancient Kupaki totem pole featuring a head resembling Gilligan. When Kupaki headhunters arrive on the island, Gilligan must persuade them that he is their sacred ancestor, the "mashuka.

    Gilligan finds ancient stone tablets that the Professor believes might hold the key to escaping the island. Later that night, Gilligan has a vivid dream in which he imagines himself as a caveman carving a story onto a stone tablet three million years ago.

    Gilligan rescues a native girl from drowning, and she becomes devoted to him. Her ex-boyfriend arrives on the island and issues a deadly duel challenge. To avoid the conflict, the Professor creates a drug to make Gilligan appear dead, but the natives demand a traditional funeral, which involves burning the body.

  27. 3.27It's a Bird, It's a PlaneMar 27, 1967Rate

    A U.S. Air Force jetpack washes up on the island, and the Professor calculates it has enough fuel for Gilligan to fly to Hawaii. Gilligan, however, wastes much of the fuel through a series of clumsy attempts to attract rescue. While flying, he hears a report about an unidentified flying object and panics, ascending into a cloud to hide, unaware that he is the UFO the Navy is tracking.

    The Professor attempts to use a homing pigeon that arrives on the island as a means of rescue, feeding it a special diet to restore its strength. Other castaways also feed the pigeon, which becomes too heavy to fly. The pigeon is briefly trapped in a cave by what is described as a six-foot black morning spider.

  29. 3.29Bang! Bang! Bang!Apr 10, 1967Rate

    A mysterious crate washes up on the island containing a powerful, top-secret plastic explosive developed by the U.S. government. The castaways unknowingly use the substance to make various items, such as nails, dishes, jewelry, golf balls, and dental fillings, not realizing that when hardened, it becomes a volatile explosive that can detonate upon impact.

  30. 3.30Gilligan, the GoddessApr 17, 1967Rate

    King Killiwani and two other islanders arrive seeking a "White Goddess," initially considering Ginger and Mary Ann as possibilities. The castaways learn the natives intend to take the chosen one to their island to marry a volcano and be sacrificed. After Gilligan is seen wearing a wig and high heels, the natives mistakenly select him as the "White Goddess.
