Ai Qing (Li Yi Tong), also known by her gaming handle Appledog, is one of the top robot combat players in the country. A model professional, intelligent, and personable, she has a large and devoted fanbase. Among her most ardent supporters is Wu Bai (Hu Yi Tian), also known as DT. Under Ai Qing’s mentorship, Wu Bai developed a strong interest in robot war contests and gaming, eventually becoming a successful competitor in his own right. He has since emerged as a rising star in the robot combat scene, leading a promising new team called Pirate, which is gaining attention and threatening to rival Ai Qing’s established Appledog team. Despite their growing professional rivalry, the two maintain a close relationship, and their mutual feelings continue to deepen, hinting at a potential romantic connection. The ultimate test of their skills and rivalry will come at the annual Robot Combat Competition, where teams including Pirate, Appledog, and others compete for a coveted trophy.
