Synopsis
Lilly organizes a yard sale to fund a class trip to Washington, D.C., and with Miley's unexpected help, a hat is sold for a thousand dollars. After some tension, Miley and Lilly reconcile when they accidentally attend a White House press conference, where Miley expresses her deep bond with Lilly. Meanwhile, Rico hires Sarah at his restaurant to irritate Jackson, but soon regrets the decision.
