Hidamari Sketch

Yuno has long dreamed of attending Yamabuki Arts High School, and when she is finally accepted, it brings the daunting challenge of leaving home and family for the first time. She finds comfort in the Hidamari (Sunshine) Apartments, an eclectic residence where most of her neighbors are also art students. Among them are second-year students Hiro and Sae, who attempt to act as helpful older sisters, and her hyperactive classmate and best friend Miyako, who lives in an apartment known for its eerie atmosphere. As Yuno begins to form a support network, she must also navigate a cast of peculiar characters, including her masculine landlady, her cosplay-obsessed homeroom teacher, and her chattering principal, all part of the colorful world of art she has chosen.
