Hinako Note

Hinako "Hina" Sakuragi was born and raised in the countryside of Japan. She experiences anxiety when interacting with new people, often appearing stiff and awkward, like a scarecrow. Inspired by a play she saw during a school field trip, Hina hopes to overcome her shyness by getting involved in theater. To pursue this, she moves to the bustling city of Tokyo and enrolls at Fujiyama High School, aiming to join the school's renowned theater club. However, Hina is disappointed to learn that the theater club has been on an extended hiatus. Already in Tokyo and committed to her new school, she is uncertain about her next steps. Noticing Hina's disappointment and passion for theater, Chiaki Hagino, the landlady of Hitotose Manor, suggests that Hina form a theater troupe using the residents of the manor as members. The story follows Hina as she begins a new life in Tokyo, attending Fujiyama High School and learning the fundamentals of theater with the help and support of her new friends.
