Hindsight

The series opens with Becca on the eve of her second wedding. On the surface, everything appears to be in place, but she remains troubled by lingering doubts. She wonders if she could go back and make the right choices. Her thoughts drift to Lolly, her former best friend, with whom she had a significant falling out years earlier. If only she could speak to her again. After a strange elevator incident, Becca is given that chance when she awakens in New York City on the morning of her first wedding day in 1995. She is about to marry Sean, a rebellious artist who is clearly a poor match for her. Her first priority is to reconnect with Lolly and relive that day. As she attempts to "make it right" by living her life anew, Becca must also adjust to life in 1990s New York—a world of smoking in bars, using pagers, and having an AOL email address. She soon learns that even with all the knowledge she possesses, there is no guaranteed way to make the right choices in life.
