Hyouka
A disinterested high‑schooler reluctantly joins his school's Classic Literature Club, only to be drawn into solving a decades‑old mystery when an inquisitive classmate sparks his curiosity; together they must decode cryptic literary clues before the truth slips away forever.
Oreki Houtarou is a laid-back high school student who joins the Classic Literature Club at the request of his elder sister. There, he meets Chitanda Eru, Fukube Satoshi, and Ibara Mayaka. Chitanda is a calm and attractive girl who becomes intensely curious whenever she says, "I'm curious." Fukube is a cheerful boy with an exceptional memory, who refers to himself as a database. Ibara is a petite girl who is strict both with others and with herself. Together, they begin to investigate a case that occurred 45 years ago. Clues to the mystery are hidden within an old collection of works by former members of the Classics Club, titled "Hyouka."
