I'm Sorry, I Love You
Ritsu was abandoned by his mother, Reiko, when he was young, leaving him in the lower social strata. One day, he becomes involved in a case that results in a severe head injury, leaving him in a precarious condition where he could die at any time. Believing that Reiko left him due to poverty, Ritsu resolves to find her and reconcile before his death. However, upon discovering that she is now living a happy life with her pianist son, Satoru, Ritsu shifts his focus to seeking revenge against his mother. In the process, he reconnects with Rinka, a girl he had helped in the past, and learns that she is Satoru’s childhood friend.
